Here are the best foods for belly fat loss! Who doesn’t want a flat stomach to show off those abs you’ve been working hard for? ‘Stomach’ is usually the first ‘problem area’ people going for a great bikini body point to. Here are foods you should be eating to help shrink the gut:
A - Almonds and almond butter <— love to snack on these! A good salty snack alternative!
B - Beans and legumes <— don’t love so much but bought some frozen organic green beans and broccoli from Trader Joes
S - Spinach and other greens <— I get these from my Garden of Life Perfect Super Food powder
D - Dairy free <— dairy is hard on your stomach, I replaced all milk with almond milk or soy milk, sunflower butter, and Daiya cheese
I - Instant oatmeal (unsweetened) <— I buy rolled oats and put them in my smoothies or you can microwave a cup with water and a pinch of salt for healthy instant oatmeal
E - Eggs <— love eggs! Egg whites are even better! Low cals and high protein!
